Checking In and Out

Instructions on where to check in upon arrival to campus will be sent to enrolled students and parents via email.

Commuter students will check-in between 8:30–10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Great Lawn (within USC Village, see map below). Students will be escorted to Bovard Auditorium for orientation. After orientation, students will be escorted to class. Please note that orientation will end at approximately 12 p.m. After orientation, students are encouraged to participate in our optional scheduled program events and activities. A schedule for the day will be provided at check-in. Additionally, lunch and dinner will be provided.

Orientation for all students will be held on the morning of Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Residential student checkout is Friday, July 17, 2026 by 1 p.m.
