USC SUMMER PROGRAMS SCHEDULE FOR ACCEPTED STUDENTS

RESIDENTIAL STUDENT MOVE-IN & CHECK-IN

Sunday, June 15, 2025, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Instructions on where to check in upon arrival to campus have been sent to enrolled students and parents via email on June 5, 2025.

International students will have additional check-in tasks that are related to immigration. Please check the Packing & Supply List for the documents you will need to have with you at check-in.

International students that are citizens of the following countries will also have to take a TB (tuberculosis) test as part of their check-in.

Commuter Students will check-in at 8:30 am on Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Great Lawn (within USC Village, see map below). Students will be escorted to Bovard Auditorium for Orientation.

Additionally, USC’s University Park Campus is operating with controlled access. For students who will bring visitors (parents, relatives, etc.), please register each visitor through the campus visitor registration.

Orientation for all students will be held on the morning of Monday, June 16, 2025.

Residential student check-out is Saturday, July 12, 2025, by 12:00 p.m.
